Oil paint on linen 43.5 x 33.5 x 3.5 cm 2022 I have followed football since I was a young boy, and have painted for much of my life as well. I enjoyed combining these interests. I responded to the dynamics of the shapes and movements of the players against the more formal background of the pitch and its markings.
