Mark Geddis - The Shelf #2

£450.00

Acrylic on canvas 30 x 40 x 2 cm 2025 I am a visual artist based in Co. Down, Northern Ireland. Primarily a landscape painter, my work explores the overlooked and the left behind in the urban and built environment. I am also interested in the phrase, “liminal-space”, suggesting, as it does, that there can exist some space or experience which is not liminal, not always transient and on the cusp. Over the past few years, my childhood collection of football minifigures have crept into my still life studio paintings as a way of exploring memory and the lived experience.
