Brian Casey, born 1958, London, England. He is entirely self-taught, working mainly with graphite, coloured pencil, and watercolour. His love of sport started when he was a young boy attending grand prix meetings at Crystal Palace and Brands Hatch. With a passion for sport, Casey's practice illustrates a variety of sporting activities with a large collection of sporting venues inspired by the passions found in stadiums; he illustrates their magnitude and vibrancy in his series Colosseums of Sport.
